The Catholic community at Jaitala, Nagpur as our target group to work with.
We have 5 areas (Small Christian Communities) with 99 families. They are as follows:
- Mother Theresa Community – 21 families
- Vailankani Community – 24 families
- Rosary Mata Community – 23 families
- Lourdes Mata Community – 16 families
- Joseph community – 15 families
This target group has been further divided into following two sub groups

Major Goals: We would like to work towards the following major goals:
Make Catholic families aware of their role in the parish.
To educate parents in Christian values and deepen their faith.
To motivate the youth in the field of education through Don Bosco way.
To impart solid catechism to school going children.
To preserve God gifted Environment.
